RETURN POLICY

CANCEL ORDERS: Orders that have been placed can only be cancelled if the job has not been printed.

ERRORS: If there is an error in your order, we will make every effort to correct it. We require you to check your online proof thoroughly before submitting your order. Upon approval, the customer assumes responsibility for the order. Once an order is printed as the customer ordered, no return will be accepted and no refund will be given. We cannot issue refunds on custom printed products due to customer typos, or omissions. If there is a defect in materials or workmanship, we will reprint your order promptly, and ship it to you at no expense.

PRIVACY/SECURITY

We respect your privacy, and value your business. We do not share any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party without permission, unless required by law enforcement action, subpoena, or local law. We collect information for order fulfillment purposes only.
